More changes and fixes as we get closer to our first Milestone Freeze.

• Staff - Added an audit log for Admins for HR, Application, Department, and Permission tracking.
• Staff - Fixed a bug with All Staff Workflows not properly showing for reassigned staffers.
• Staff - Added Onboarding Progress to Leadership Views of Department Staff & Volunteers, as well as a reminder trigger for Staff to complete any unfinished onboarding goals.
• Staff - Added an "On Duty" customizable board for at-con display of pertinent information
• Register - Added the ability for Attendees to self-edit select fields in their registration so long as their Registration is associated with an account. Editable fields can be configured from the Registration Form Edit Screen. This feature is disabled by default and can be enabled in Register Settings for Superadmins.
• Register - Added the ability for Attendees to self-upgrade their tiers without intervention from Staff. This also includes filling out additional information for tiers that have additional merch items with required options such as Shirt Sizes. This will create coupon codes to handle the difference payment, and both successful and failed upgrades are viewable in a registrant's check-in detail modal. This feature is disabled by default and can be enabled in Register Settings for Superadmins.
• Staff - Any staff can now request a transfer between two departments. The transfer will go through if one of two situations happens: Either the Receiving Department Head and the Sending Department Head both approve of the transfer OR a staffer in Leadership of a department with Superadmin Permissions in the Staff Module overrides and approves the transfer. These transfers will appear in the audit log.
• General - Beginning the implementation of integrating KioskOS control server functionality into the Schedule module. KioskOS is an open source linux operating system that allows any screen to be turned into a remote controlled digital sign made by the same creators as Midsummer. Important Note about Upcoming Feature Freeze

We will be in a feature freeze from July 1st, 2026 to August 15th, 2026. Only bug fixes and at-time changes will be made to Midsummer during that time.
